otomodachi✭✭✭Have you opened a ticket? If not, do it ASAP as the volume is... hah, high. If you HAVE opened a ticket, avoid replying to the email you get unless prompted, or to re-open a ticket that you think was falsely closed. Basically, replying seems to tell the system you're re-opening the ticket and move you to the bottom of the queue or something.
Sorry. They will eventually get to you, I know it's frustrating but once you get beyond the first tier reps they're pretty helpful.What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?0 -
