Guys i bought the imperial edition and i had 5 days early access, BUT i felt like that i was a beta tester for 5 days ...full of bugs and i sent many tickets. That was NOT my job to do . I paid to play, NOT to work for Bethesda and Zenimax ! Im a customer you know ! I demand to have free of charge playing time for the time that i spend waiting to login !

They actually did better than I anticipated for early access. Early launch went more smoothly than I would anticipate for any MMO launching at this kind of scale.

@Terminus and @Kainam im sure that your ages is not over 13 and your parents pay for the fee. You dont know how is the feeling someone to "steal" the money, that you work so hard to earn.

I demand Zenimax send me a year supply of fish tacos from Wahoo's!
Don't forget the hundreds of voices that must be heard. This thread was closed, but we are still here.

Age matters very little on forums,
what's important is the validity of the point an individual makes.
You can have a brilliant 10 year old and a 30 year old who doesn't even capitalize his I's or use punctuation.

The point that I was trying to make,
is that we can't simply demand Zenimax to fix everything all at once until they realize, "Hey, maybe we should produce a perfect game!"
They understand what the community expects of them,
and they've already had a very successful launch over the past week.

If SimCity and Diablo III were failed launches, ESO has been successful.

I demand more convenient times to update the server!

    You know what I demand?
    FREE SWEETROLLS FOR EVERYONE!
So come on Zenimax, you better send me my sweetroll!

^ this man is an idiot.

Nobody is demanding any of those things.

We are demanding that the product work REASONABLY well, a level it should have reached well before release.

Of course any game with no EA written on it will have a better launch

This has easily been the smoothest MMO launch I've ever been a part of. There were a few minor problems here and there. I personally only ran into one quest bug, and that was during early access. Believe it or not, WOW had significantly more problems in patch 5.2 (the second major expansion pack *9 years* after launch) than ESO did on the day it opened for early access.

I don't think personally insulting someone on the forums will provide a point with substance, nor do I think it would be tenable long term.

I understand it's a newly launched game, which will of course have bugs. All I am asking for is a game time compensation for every and each bug, I do not think I should be charged for bugs.

Also their customer service should admit here on the forum as soon as possible that they got a bug and are working on fixing it.

Only Thunder Isle was bugged, and for only a day. This cannot be compared to the current situation over ESO.

I personally did not face any bugs since I joined WoW in 2012. Still I am not saying ESO should be have been bug free, I am just asking for a game time compensation as I do not believe I should be paying for bugs.

no problems setting up a sub(got the 90 day one) didn't get billed for it either.
everyone just needs to calm down. being angry won't fix anything!

Them best come back in a few years. Cause by then the major bugs will be so beyond your level you won't really see them. But there are always bugs (whether small or big).
