looking for a way to pay

Hello ESO People =)

I have run into a problem and i need your help to find a solution. On Sunday i was happily playing away and went link dead while zoning. no big deal that part of playing an online game. When i tried to log back in i got the reminder that its time to get set up for the live account. The reminder is also no problem at all. I had been having so much fun, signing up for live had completely slipped my mind.
The part that i am having trouble with is when i went to put in my subscription information. I had ordered my Imperial box from amazon and they have their money. Sad to say i will not have my box for a week to 10 days. i do not mind the box taking its time, but the box has my game code in it. i also do not care if i get the free 30 days or not. i prefer to invest in my hobbies. The problem is the website seems to be set up in such a way that it will not allow me to proceed to the payment page without first putting in my game code. It shows that i do in fact have the game. it shows that i had the 5 day early start and i have received all of the preorder goodies in my in-game mail. It is just not allowing me to pay my subscription so that i can get back to playing.
What should i do? i am here with the game purchased and installed. I have money that i will gladly pay to you to be able to play the game. Do i have to wait for 7 to 10 days before i am able to play again? or is there someway i am able to get my info in and get back to playing today? Any and all help would be wonderful. In advance thank you =)

Just to note. i have put in a ticket for this problem with CS, but i have come across a friends who have run into the same problem and if its is an easy fix or if there is a quick link that can make the world right again i thought it might help others as well if posted publicly. thanks again =)

    No easy fix. Some basic tips- don't reply to the email you got for your support ticket, UNLESS a cs rep comes and closes the ticket and you feel it's unresolved. Replying seems to trigger re-opening a ticket, and moves it to the bottom of the queue, even if already open. I can't GUARANTEE this happens, but it makes since from my experiences.

    Because you're waiting for a physical copy, you need to be prepared that ZO might not help you. There are issues where they can't validate any given pre-order code goes to an uncancelled order of the real game, and in some cases it appears they have chosen to err on the side of caution
    What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

    same with me, i can validate, i have the proof in paper that i payed the game!!! i've payed everything, just mis the damn code in the damn box that will only arrive friday 12...

    Some times replying to mail triggers the actual and realy fast conversation.

    ........and what about those of us who bought a digital copy by pre-order from Amazon. I did that and can't create a subscription either.
