We will remember this day as "The Day of the Major Fckup"

... unless it won't be the only such day. Then it'll be just another day of ESO's crappy existence.

I understand that nobody is safe from mistakes (I am human being too). I understand that devs may have been pushed by their bosses to release poorly tested code (I am software developer too, I know how it usually goes). I understand the frustration all players experience (because I'm player too).

Devs, please heed my advice:
1. Inform about maintenance beforehand. Forget about unexpected downtime. If maintenance has any chance of lasting more than 30 mins you must tell us about it at least 24 hours before the actual maintenance. Inform both via forums and launcher so that I cannot miss that info.
2. Golden rule: DO NOT START MAINTENANCE AT PRIME TIME! What were you thinking?! If something goes wrong, you are pissing off maximum amount of players.
3. Do NOT release poorly tested code. Never. If bosses are pushing you, stand your ground and explain that such rush my be much more destructive than a simple delay.

I expect:
1. official written apology
2. compensation of game time. At least +24 hours.
3. compensation for long unexpected downtime / unplayable experience. It may be any in-game benefit: gold or any other reasonably valuable thing.
4. that such fckup won't happen again

Dear players, please be patient and give devs some time to clean this mess up. I am sure you can do something else with your spare time :)
