Help me play ESO having major technical difficulties

I have redownloaded the game twice and every time when I go to press the play button I am not brought to the log in screen. All the launcher does is stay stuck there. I turned off all LAN settings and firewall even contacting my internet provider to see if it was something wrong with their end. They stated that when I pressed play on the launcher that no activity was being sent from the game. I've already missed out on my early access and 6 days of my promised 30 day prescription I need this resolved. please assist me.
