Getting the "Unknown Error" message when I try to log my character

Hello. Again problems. How the do u expect people to take ur game seriously when this *** happens all the time. I know it's a new game but if things were not ready then u should have postponed the launch. Not to mention that u decide to do maintenance when people actually can and want to play instead of doing it early in the morning and after it's done they cannot log into the game.

Again getting the "Unknown Error" message when trying to log my character. Twice in 3 days and every time this situation lasts for hours.

Please solve the problem. Really getting tired of this.
