ProgramData Folder and ProgramDataBackup Folder. Should i delete one of those?

Hey,
Earlier today i got confused with a post since the 30th of March (i didnt notice the date at first) and i renamed the folder ProgramData (into the folder "Launcher") to ProgramDataBackup as prompted by a ZOS admin. I did manage to log into the game and when i signed out i notice that there are now both folders. Is there any problem with that or i should delete one of those?
