Same problem. Sometimes i really thinkin' that server is old as hell Pentuim 2 somewhere in Syberia. That connected to all other world by one copper cable.
I dont want "free time", but c'mon! I feel like we still on beta, only this time we pay to Bethesda for playing here. Free beta-testers for all those non-collectable resources in starting areas, non-working quests, chat delays for 5-10 min etc.
But i like this game ^^ I think i'll play mine 30 days and go back to Borderlands 2. And will come back in 6-8-10 months later. -

There will still be bugs and problems will still occur it is the life of an MMO they are exceptionally complicated machines. I would advice not coming back though if that bothers you as it will continue to happen throughout the entire life of ESO.
