Am I the only one still getting Login Timeout?

I see a lot of people have managed to get past this and are onto the next stage which is waiting for the email, but I'm still stuck on Login Timeout, is anyone else having this problem?

I get a timeout, just sits requesting login. Another thoroughly tested fix from Zenimax.
