F** this security system. Every time when i connect to the internet i have a different IP adress. Thats why i must enter sec code every time. It is very anoying. Disable this system only for now , coz your mail service overloaded ,and we cant get our emails with code.

Darnit, no mail for me either.
Funny thing is, I've played beta, early access and launch without ever having this thing pop up. And I did not opt in for "extra security" like this, considering I'm playing from my own home, on my own personal computer... I have no need for "authorized" computer...

Yet, I'm now stranded, with no way to play, because your unneeded security system don't let me.

C'mon guys, if you implement a security system, make sur eit does work first -_- You just *** on your customers with this, and might pay for it later. The patch was already bad timed for EU players, but let's say it contained a critical hotfix; but this? Why now?

Zenimax please take note this is not how things should be run.

You need to stop patching at peak time, thats the point of of an EU server. You then need to make sure it doesn't take an hour to let people know that you broke the log in server. Then when that goes up don't ask for an e-mail this will over load your system

I suggest a vanity pet or title to note this mistake and then stop doing maintenance in prime time it will cause you problems.

LOL, finally got an email access code and it does not work! It was probably the one that they queued 15 minutes ago so it has expired! (and yes, I tried typing it manually and copy/paste, so there is not a typo on my end).

Like: Dont patch at 6pm and forward (my timezone) and ruin my afternoon. Patch in the night, every business which has IT infrastructure knows that patches go wrong in 50% of the time, so dont do them at prime time.

Also by not doing them prime time, you dont get your servers bottlenecked.

So yeah, common sense hello.

Well yeah, and they pretty much made us broke the machine putting out the patch in the afternoon of EU time. Thats what I call well planned patch.

Still gotta give props for the extended early access time yesterday, that went a long way in my books. Whoever made that decision gets a load of internet points.
