It's been about 20 minutes and still no code in my email

You know is USA game. Who cares about Europe. Lets launch a patch. Whoops Some update errors. Fix them. Whoops more errors. No worries NA we will start your server at same time as europe, because we tested everything on people on the other side of the ocean. We don't care about them, just need they money.

Same problem, finally got the e-mail and the code had expired or something. It certainly did not work
Think this is the third day I miss out on playing time, I'm normally pretty patient with these things but oh my god. I did pay for this and the availble playing days are going down

I can forgive a lot around launch for a MMO but this is getting silly. I am going to lose yet another evening of playtime because of this incompetence. Beyond pathetic. One has to wonder, did they hire 10-year olds to run their MMO?

This is why the rest of the modern world uses a physical security key, waiting patiently for ZOS to get that memo as well.

Edit: having the same problem btw, getting rather old...patience is a virtue, yet it has limits.

I can understand that ppl are mad about this, but look at this way.
They have an active protection going on, and i can understand that it will take some time for them to send these codes out.
Cause they must have done something to have this happen to allot of players.
And there servers must be big time overloaded.

Everyone that has ever played a game the first 2 to 5 weeks will know that there will be problems, bugs and downtime.
This game has almost nothing compairing to other games, lets stay positive and see that this is just temporary.
