could i get assistance with changing my email?

after reading the forums for a few hours i have collected enough info regarding my issue for the account protection email i need to change my email to a new address in order to fix this issue so if anyone can assist me with my problem id appreciate it

    thats the problem Jason i have made over 3 tickets since 8pm est last night regarding this issue i have been fairly patient about this and i just want help at this point you are the first person to even respond to me within several hours since those tickets

    @Vyrenn I will say from my experience that, if you're like me, and want to update the ticket with emails about things you've tried to do- that is a mistake. Don't reply to the ticket email unless your ticket gets closed and you don't think your problem is resolved. It SEEMS like doing so moves your ticket to the bottom of the queue, as if it were being re-opened. With patience they WILL eventually get to you, I think this might've been what caused my long ticket time.
    What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

    - i did not turn ticket crazy until 3:00 pm est the anger has just set in at this point my patience only gets me so far specially when my friends are all having no issues and outlvling me it sucks to be honest like i previously stated ill be patient about this but its freaking tough my friend
