my account has been suspended from the site
I have been a honest player all through out my game play,and i didn't even do anything wrong.
We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.

    All you can do is contact support as only they can look into your account to see why.

    I doubt they'd ban somebody purely on somebody's say so.. I think they'd probably investigate any complaints made, and if there is evidence to back up those complaints then they'd act. If they're just banning without any kind of investigation then that's pretty screwed up!

    I don't wish to point out the obvious, but did you set up a subscription plan? Although 30 days access is included in the pre-purchase, you do still need the subsciption plan to use it.

    Sorry if I'm teaching you to suck eggs :)

    The word "suspended" is such a strong and scary word when regarding account issues, I hope that wasn't the actual word in the message.

    My account has been suspended as well...no explanation??? No idea what I did to deserve the suspension. I am a casual player, level 8 Nord, paid for the 180 day subscription.

    Why do people always rant others looking for support here? This section is called "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" for a reason, there's undersections for TECHNICAL problems..
