Molag Bal Bugged and won't die! Please Help!

Hello, I need help please. Molag Bal is bugged for my account and will not respond to damage or attack. I fought him and killed him but he just knelt on the ground with 0% health and the quest would not advance. I killed myself to get out of combat and restart the fight but now after I enter the area and the animation plays he just stands still and I can not attack him.

This keeps me from advancing the main quest and being able to proceed to the Veteran areas, please help!

    Use ask for help. I had the same bug with him. After hours of waiting they abandoned that quest for me and asked me to play it again.

    Well you got a much better customer service rep than me then because mine gave me a sub-par cookie cutter response that was entirely useless despite my detailed description in game of what the issue was.

    Where are the human beings at ZO who actually care when someone has a serious issue? Not being able to do veteran content is game breaking. Something more than, Yes we know Molag Bal is bugged for some people!

    Meh. Not impressed with the service so far.
