not authorized

when ever i enter my for the planed Subscription using a visa i keep geting that it not an authorized Transaction. Even tho i own the card and it has money on it it still wont take it making it so that i am not able 2 activate the 30 game time i already have and not being able 2 play the game for that matter even to i have early acuess and all that still no luck

Can any one help me or know what i need 2 do 2 fix this

    Did that actually work for you, or is it just a suggestion? I'm curious 'cause I can't find anyone who has actually demonstrated something that worked. Personally I've tried 3 browsers on two computers with no success

    I've never had this many problems with a subscription based game. I'm probably going to have to wait until gametime cards are in stock.

    Makes me mad that I leveled to 38 over the early access period and now subscribing problems are keeping me from playing.

    Yeah I usually avoid entering gamestops at all costs but I might need to get a gamecard from them...

    on the bright side for me at least I got mail answer from support ask me about some information , I hope it gonna be fine in no time . Just hope

    I got around the issue by using Paypal. Annoys me that I had to sign up just for that, but at least it worked.

    Also, getting automated mail for first comment on forums and earning my first comment badge +2 *** POINTS *** YEAH! Who cares about that subscription plan that can't be done. Do the *** badge points instead.

    Had the same issue as you guys. My credit cards were no authorized and paypal couldnt procces reccuring billing. After many hours of searching menaged to find a site which sales game time codes. Bought mine just 5 mins ago. http://www.mmoga.com/

    im still geting no luck and they still haven been bother 2 phone me or email me back for *** sad its been 2 fucken days and they havent got back 2 me yet
