Shared Bank bugging out

The shared bank lost my upgrades (x2) when viewing it on other characters forcing the excess content into their bags. Some of my characters don't even see the shared bank and get a new non-shared bank slots all for their own, I'm afraid to put anything into that if the character gets placed into the shared bank again.

Nope, all of one accounts characters can access a shared bank storage.
Instead of mailing items to your alts you can drop things in the bank for yourself on the other character to pick up.

How can you avoid a "shared bank" ???

I started a 2nd character and he shares the same bank accunt like my main...this is ridicolous since I have no bank space fro 2 characters.

This issue just happened to me about 10 minutes ago. Its now happened twice where my bank space has "reset" back to 60 (down from 100) and I've lost my items / gold for the bank space upgrades.

Please acknowledge this issue and provide a fix or if anyone knows of an official link please post one?

Also noticed that this seems to have something to do with the CE items. I am trying to allocate space to those items across to an alt via the Shared Bank space and the bank space reset and wiped about 40 items from inside my bank resetting the bank item space from 100 to 60.

Last official word from a ZOS employee was something along the lines of
Submit a ticket and your items will be returned eventually.
Log out of your account in between changing characters.

I would personally add to the list - stop buying bank upgrades.

If you lose your bank inv and gold, some people (including myself) have had their banks brought back by logging into an alt character. Occasionally the shared bank will be visible to a secondary character.

Updating to state that the items I thought were wiped out somehow got dumped into my main backpack.
