Can't play bc of grey play button? Customer support not helping? Here is a fix.

Option 1 is the fix that customer support will give you, it may work so try it first before trying the second option.
Option 1
There should be a .txt that is called UserSettings.txt1 (if it is missing, go to option 2)
Locate the line "SET RequestedNumThreads "X" change the X from whatever number it may be to "0".
Restart the launcher.
Option 2 if option 1 fails for you.
If that doesn't work for you.
Find a friend who has it working(or download on crappy PC).
Take a flash drive over to their house.
Copy their live folder.
Bring it home.
Replace your live folder with theirs.
Then go in and change the UserSettings.txt (see option 1).
Open launcher.
Then click play.
This fix is known to work and tested by multiple people that I've told about this fix. When all else fails, this works. Good luck and I hope it works for everyone.
