I can't log in anymore and I've purchased the imperial edition hard copy. It's saying to go to the account.elderscrollsonline.com and follow the prompts... I don't get any prompts. I've tried relogging and nothing happens. What's going on.

Utildai✭✭✭I have the same issue. When I log into my account on the site, there is no option to input my billing information. From what I gather it should be in the lower right of your account summary screen, which, isn't there for me....
