I can't log in either. I think we need to subscribe, even though we have 30 days free (which is FINE), but I can't actually subscribe. I see the "redeem a code" button, but my preorder code isn't working anymore, and that's all I have to put in that field. Why can't there just be a subscription tab?

They say follow the instructions but I can't even find the instructions... What the hell is this? And before I sub fix the damn game for certain ip addresses like mine! Can't even play at college because of this.

you need to enter your retail code into the redeem box. If you haven't received your code yet, not so good luck. try to call or email support.
