So, you decide to release your game on a Friday. Neat! Then, 2 days later, like no other MMO on the planet, you decide to turn off the game for those that haven't entered their game code. Not sure which country YOU live in, but in my country, the mail doesn't run on Sunday. Wouldn't matter if it had, since Gamestop is shipping the game from across the country to me, and it won't be here until Wednesday anyways.
This is why people release games on Tuesday and allow at least a week of "no code" time. I am so livid right now. I looked past your bugs. I defended this game against any number of naysayers. And how am I repaid for my loyalty and $100? By being told to kick rocks for 4 days. This is the kind of amateurish idiocy that makes me want to return my Imperial Edition for a full refund. At least open the site to allow me to enter my billing information WITHOUT entering the code! I would say this better get fixed, like today, but from the fact that there has barely been a peep from you guys besides trying to put out fires, I doubt it will be. I'll give this one day to be fixed. If it isn't, I'm done.
