I have seen many posts of this on the forums, but I am still creating this thread to let you know that it is really frustrating. This is the certainly the wrost thing I have suffered during a games launch. I can log on my account and even post this thread, but I can't log in on the game.

Maybe, just maybe, you should have the decency to hire personal for your customer support / server maintenance crew to keep this type of issues during a games launch instead of hiring artists to create vanity items for a product that is not functioning. The worst thing is, the posts I found were old, some of them were from today, some were from April 1st. It is 5 days since this issue has been noticed and still, we suffer from it.

I hope you will at least have the decency to extend our free month a few days to make up for it.

    Ah, never even noticed that it was. That does not change the fact that I can't utilize one of the few days I have available to play though.

    Oh I feel freaking fantastic at the moment. Apparently, the game saying my log in information was wrong simply meant that I still had to pre-authorize my subscription. You know that 30 day game time that was included did not actually activate until I gave Zenimax more money.

    It would be so much easier for me if they said that it was that instead of saying my log in information was wrong, it would have helped me out immensely.

    Also, the fact that I paid for an Imperial edition with 30 days game time, and had to pay for an other 30 days to to make use of that 30 days is a huge fraud.

    Pre--authorization? What? The fact that I gave you €79,99 a few days ago is not enough for me to play the content I payed for?

    Anyway, I have read that I will either get that 12,99 back in a few days and that if I don't I just could ask for it, something I plan to do for sure.

    No idea why I bothered to put faith in the idea that this game could be any good is beyond me. At least I know what company to avoid from now on.
