Game saying login information incorrect even though website accepts...

Hey there, I've been using the same login information to play and today I get on and I can't login to the game yet I can login to the website fine! Help!

Same here. Been using the same password and everything, but now it says the password is wrong even though I'm able to log into the site.

Just fixed it, I guess we have to setup subscription today in order to play...

I have 30 days of game time, I don't see why we would have to set-up a subscription to use the time we already have. How silly of them >_<

On top of that, my wife and friends are all logged in fine without setting up a sub..

Noctem is correct, I had to setup my subscription with my imperial key I received from the greenmangaming email I got a few days ago.

Same problem here. The game also threw me out/crashed, and then it wouldn't let me log in. I've also been trying to do that set-up, but I don't get any prompts when I log in to my account.

We have to pay for our subscription to get our 30 free days?

So I don't get to play anymore, even though I paid for the time, until I can get into the city to make it to the bank. That's brilliant.

I'd love it if the person who decided on this had to live miles out in the country buried under 3 feet of snow.

I got same issue, my only dilemma is my game from amazon still hasn't arrived. Hoping it will be here tomorrow, but not sure, latest on Tuesday. So I guess if that's the case I am done playing for the day. Was on earlier no issues. Hope someone can shed some light, i'd like to finish up the few quests since its my last night to play before GF is back home.

I am disappointed that the free 30 days of access did not come with the purchase of the game.

... or rather it did, but with hidden strings attached...

It should have been specified clearly that it would take purchasing the client and setting up a subscription plan in order to gain access to the 30 days.

My Wife and I use our credit cards only for purchases that we are in control of. We pay our bills manually each month to reduce the possibility of a nasty surprise.

So... I guess now I wait until prepaid game cards make it to the local stores.

I am not a happy camper.

ZoS announced earlier in the week that everyone would have to input their game keys and set up their subscription plans at the end of the early access (which they extended).

Games require you to input a payment option before getting account activation all the time. This is nothing new. It's just to ensure you are a legitimate player. You don't have to pay anything until the 30 days are up and you can cancel your sub immediately after setting up your payment method of choice.

Please stop creating new threads and use the search function on the forums to find related threads.

I have played this afternoon, no pb.
Tonnight i enter my password but it seems wrong.
I change it on my account but the new one is still wrong.

I ve got a friend who have no pb to log with his password...

Hey there, @lazemomentum. Your retailer should still provide you with a game code. Any Imperial Edition or Explorer's Pack codes can be entered after you enter the initial game code and select a subscription option.

@zentruehazzrdub17_ESO, if you're not able to log into the account page, have you tried using your User ID and not your email address? You may also want to try resetting your password.

wtF? i bought the game thinking that i would play 30 days and now i cant play on SUNDAY , i dont have credit card neither paypall then i will have to buy another game time card, wait more 3 days and finally play? thats it?

That is correct, I had the same problem and updated my subscription plan, which fixed it. This is pretty disappointing, I was going to purchase another month anyway but forcing people to do so after they got a month free is not right.

How are we to access our 30 days of unlimited play if we plan to pay with game cards and they are not available at local retailers yet?
Any advice would be appreciated =/

There is NO game code to redeem. Bought the Imperial Edition DIGITALLY so there would be nothing to worry about (so I thought)

If you have unused time on your account you should NEVER be locked until that time is expired.

If this is the way Zenimax run things I will NOT be setting up a subscription and the game derserves to fail!!
