So I wait until I get paid (Today, i get paid in cash), then I go buy my game, I go to the store and I buy the necessary "nutrients" to celebrate my first day in ESO (other than Beta).
I get home and get online to redeem my code and I hit a que on the website, my first reaction was "What the Bloody Fudge" (Dont know if swearing is allowed so i just write fudge). I wait 58 minutes and I can finally redeem my code, I keep trying for like 10 minutes and its not working, "What the Bloody Fudge" I say before realizing that I am writing the explorers pack code and not the game code, so that one is my fault. I write the correct code and everything works, it then asks me to choose a subscription plan before even redeeming the code.. "What the Bloody Fudge", I thought i could just cancel the subscription later if i dont like the game, one month is more than what i would play on a single player game anyway. But then it wont authorize my card, "What the Bloody Fudge" I say before googling this issue.
Now I see that they are trying to take 15 bucks from my bank account, "What the Bloody Fudge", I get paid in cash so I dont have money on my account, and its sunday so i cant even put money in my bank, and all the stores are closed so i cant buy a prepaid card even if i wanted to do that. the earliest moment I can put money in my bank will be thursday when the banks are open till 5pm (They close at 1pm normally). So now I cant even access the game for 5 days, but fear not the forum says, I can send a ticket to customer support. I picked the telephone system because I dont want to wait until tomorrow to play the game.
5 hours later and I say "WHAT THE BLOODY FUDGE" (i know, anti-climatic with the fudge).
No one is answering here either, no one is answering ingame either, no one is answering on facebook or anywhere. What the Bloody Fudge!

I can give you kudos on the servers holding up the amount of players, even if my guildmates complain about the 1 second lag, thats still better than everyone else.. But other than that, you guys suck and I would like to know who i can punch for making all of these business decisions, not because they are greedy but because they are stupid.

But other than that, point of this topic is.. Can i get some help or can someone tell me how long I have to wait? I dont know if i should go to sleep or stay up.. ANd can they even help me? Can i play these 30 days without paying 15 bucks now?)

    1. No, you can't play without letting them take money from your bank account or credit card. They want to be sure that you can pay for a subscription once the 30 free days are over. They will reimburse your money within a few days so you aren't actually losing the money, just lending it.
    2. You probably want to go to sleep. Answers to tickets can take up to 48-72 hours in some cases.

    I think you saying fudge is the least of their worries. If the next few days, things don't improve drastically then there will be a lot of people baying for their blood. I think at the moment that most of their customer services have opened up a portal to oblivion and praying that sheogarth doesn't throw any more spanners in the works!

    So I cant play the game until thursday? Can i get a refund for this or an extended 30 days?
    The game clearly says
    "30 Days unlimited game play (lie, I dont get imperial race) included with purchase. Valid Payment method or paid game time card for subscription and persistent internet connection required.
    Acceptance of the end user license agreement, terms of service and privacy policy, and account registration using enclosed one-time use activation code, required to play. The 30 days of unlimited game play beings when you select your preferred subscription plan on store.elderscrollsonline.com. Subscription fees only charged for game access after the first 30 days."
    And yes, I did read this before I even bought the game to be sure that i can play it as soon as i get home.

    Someone got perm banned for having the name "faphammer"... Who knows what they will do to me for swearing here..
