Constant lag issues from Australia

Not sure what's going on, but in the last few days I have been getting massive lag spikes in game to the point I am getting time out or just "unknown error has occurred".

Nothing has changed on my end, in another game I will not mention, I have 170ms ping and no issues with connection stability. Game servers within Australia itself I have 5 - 35ms ping and no connection instability issues.

These issues are clearly server side due to what ever is going on and it has got worse in the past few hours.

I suspect something to do with the billing queues?

Even if it isn't, is the game set up to allow IPv6 connections?

I need some server IP addresses so I can try and find out what's going on here because its becoming beyond stressful.

I'm in the UK and the last 2 days have been horrendous. Lag on looting, chat, bank and my fps has taken a nose dive. I know its server load because when I get up at 3am, its perfectly fine and fps is back to normal.

You do realize both Megaservers are currently being held in the US? This is why everyone else is getting horrible pings and lag issues. It's a major fail especially at launch.

i did not check it in numbers yet, but playing from middle europe has been no problem so far. Just 2 small lags this afternoon, everything else is fine. I will be checking my ping, just because i want to know if it really is as good as it feels, or if i am just not noticing because it did not change since i started.

This issue for me has only begun in the last few days.

I can't determine what the issue is without doing a tracert on the servers IP to see where the drop offs are or issues along the pipe, so....

Apart from that, for an Australian player, this game has been solid for stability and lag issues, especially for us gamers down here who play with 150+ms consistently.

from the uk here and all ok until this morning. In terms of fps the game is stable on 50-60 but I'm getting horrid lag on combat and skills...can't really play it atm

I have to use a VPN to get any sort of decent latency reading. Which is weird because, technically, a VPN should cause me to lag more.

Playing from florida, and I can't get to far in the game without lag starting up and making it to difficult to play. It also has seemed to gotten worse in the last two days for me as well.

UK here, fps sits between 40/50, gettin constant lag spikes throughout gameplay, gets worse during fights/in populated areas, many times I've lagged in a fight and woken up dead!

AUS here. Lag is so bad it makes me rage quit. As a healer its impossible to keep people up because one second they are full hp next the rubber band hits and they are dead.

FPS = Carrots, LAG / DELAY = Potatoes. Remember that.

That might be comforting to those in EU who will eventually have a server in their own area, for those of us in Australia that need to stay on the NA server then we need a solution. The fact it's only really bad at some times of the day means that distance isn't the only factor here.
