Bank reset to 60 slots and no more money in the deposit

Hello, few minutes ago i switched char for free bank slots and get some money for buy enchant...Surprise, bank slot now are 60 and no more 11.500 gold in the deposit. I try to log all chars and the same thing it's for any of my chars. I reboot my pc. i log from my wife pc, the same...What now? Where are the items stored in my 20 expanded bank slots? and my money? Ty in advance for the help.
Update: If can be of help i got again all the emails in game with the special contenent.
