The Early Access period has now ended. To activate your 30 days of included game time, log into your game account at account.elderscrollsonline.com and follow the prompts to select your preferred subscription method.

This is what it says now. But I saw a post on friday, saying that early access was extended to Sunday at Midnight for EU players. Seems they must have meant a Sunday in a different timeline.. did anyone else see the post? I can't seem to find it now.

12pm to me, is 12 midnight.. ie 1 second before 12.00.01 (monday)

    Ah.. so you view 12 midnight as 12 am.. I view 12 mid day as 12 am.. 12 am > 1pm, 2pm and so on. 11pm, 12pm > 1am...

I'm sure on the post it actually said midnight.. but I guess I was wrong.
Maybe we need to lawfully enforce the 24 hour clock.

I saw the 'early access extended' post many times, but had no idea what it meant TBH. Thought they were delaying launch and giving preorders extra time since they diced 13.5 hours off my early access with that DB issue

Why do you use the word view...the time of day isn't an opinion, midnight is 12am and midday is 12pm...that's not really debatable

I use the word view.. because it means "look" to view is to look.. you view 12 pm as 12 am, you look at 12 pm and see it as 12 am.. it is debatable because this means the 12 hour clock actually starts at 12 not at 1 from your viewpoint.

I've always looked at the clock and counted from 1 to 12.. not 12 to 11. I've discounted 12 am as 12 Noon. Midday. Thus, the only 12 pm can only be at midnight. Clearly, this has changed for some people over the last 45 years and now it's viewed as the opposite.

Idk wtf you guys are trying to debate, but at night the clocks change to 12:00am, (as it is night-time when that time comes around) and in the afternoon, they change to 12:00pm.

this is NOT a math equation folks, people see this on there clock everyday!

This issue, still isn't fixed for me, I have to restart my router to log in everytime. But yes, I agree I thought the same. I thought that it was good, it meant I'd not have to worry about getting the account sorted out until monday, when I would be able to put money on my card account, however, it now means, I cannot play until monday, until I can put money on my card account. I loose 12 hours of gameplay time that I could have been paying for. As it is, my account will now start on monday and end 30 days from then. I'll still get my 30 days. It is just annoying that I've forked out £89.99 and I am now having to wait 12 hours to play. Having played early access etc.

When are you saying the grace period ends then? Because it didnt end at 8am like it was supposed to, although it did for an hour or so.

Sunday midnight was LAST NIGHT at midnight. It goes from 11:59 PM Saturday to 12:00 AM Sunday. This is how clocks work. This is how clocks have always worked. There's no hidden agenda here.

Technically, they could have closed down early access as soon as the servers went live on Friday morning, and there would have been no issue. Extending the early access by almost 48 hours was pretty generous.

If you order physical products, you sometimes have to be willing to accept delays like this.

You see this.. My point exactly.. I don't. I have now been corrected. Apparently your view is the correct view. I've spoken to people local to me and they agree with me. Not with you. It's just never been an issue before. There is no argument here, I am not saying, that your way is wrong, I am only saying, that this is how I have viewed 12am and pm for my lifetime.

That makes more sense, although I've always just said 12pm as following 11.59pm. So you're saying the extended time ended last night.

That's not an issue, I didn't get out of bed until 3pm.. today.. but, it does make me wonder.. considering I went to bed at 3am today.. if the extension ended at midnight sat/morning sun, then i must have played for 3 hours into a time period after the extension. Unless it ended at 8am.. which I took from the extension message referred to the USA servers.

Ie 8am USA 12pm EU. Thus I thought it would be midnight Sunday, not Saturday.

They also only extended it by 24 hours. 5 days early access is 31, 1, 2, 3, 4. 5th Sat. Sunday no extension.

As for generous.. no not really, given that 50% of quests were broken, many were unable to even log in for several days. Extending the period really only gave people what they were promised and even then.. I'd say I only got about 3 of my 5 days.

They must have granted a grace period extension, due to people who havnt gotten there copies are still able to log on. they havnt posted anything though.

Yes, I have heard several people mention that they are still able to log on despite not having received their physical copies yet. So it's possible that they extended it and just didn't change the notice.

It's probably like using the "." and "," in long numbers and decimals. Depending on where you're from, "." is either the decimal point, or the thousands separator.
