FAO Zenimax: Constructive Posting

Zenimax, as I see you have been closing posts for 'not being constructive', please can WE have some constructive posts from you.

Please answer the following:

What is the roadmap for bringing ESO up to what would generally be accepted as a publicly releasable product (because clearly a huge number of people think it is not)?
How and when will Zenimax remediate the poor design of the web-service, which essentially does not meet commonly accepted standards of web availability (queues)?
What is the process for those affected people to seek recompense - i.e. do they seek a refund from their retailer or will you offer some form of compensation for people affected badly by this game?
What is the plan for EU maintenance as there is a large number of people who reject the Sunday AM planned maintenance schedule?
Do Zenimax genuinely believe they will retain subscriptions at £9 a month when the game, as it is right now, is of a lower quality than lots of free to play MMOs?

As this post is constructive, and as Zenimax have clearly got some free time on their hands to close posts considered non-constructive, perhaps they might invest that time in answering the above questions, in order Zenimax can be as constructive as they are (rightfully) expecting the community to be.
