Greetings frustrated users.
I was having the same log in issue (incorrect account details). The fix is, set up a sub plan, the cost is $0.00 and I am able to log in now, there is a $15.00 fee which I do believe is the authorization fee sent to verify your bank account which should be removed shortly after your account is verified, times may vary from bank to bank.
If you're still unsure you can try the set up a sub plan option, you only enter credit card info at the very last step, at this point you will see the $0.00 charge on your screen.
I have received verification emails and i also have the Cancel Subscription option in my Manage Subscription sub menu. We were told to set up a sub plan around launch day (set up sub by 6th april, etc, etc), and so far it is working. Hope this helps
