Attention for all of you fine citizens suffering the dreaded "ESO has quit unexpectedly" error...
Hi all,
I bought the game yesterday,went through exactly 24 hours of torture reinstalling,repairing,trying the old beta client swaperoo trick etc(I'm in Ireland,and tried both the US and EU megaclusters,spoke to a very helpful and cheerful Support Guy called James,all to no avail,
then out of desperation I rolled my Nvidia Drivers back to 331.82-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-english-whql(performing a clean install of the drivers and not installing that terrible "Nvidia Experience" POS)
...
AND IT WORKED!
I am currently ingame setting up a character,
my system is an i5-3570K running at 3.4ghz on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 with a GTX 780 and 16 gb of ddr3 on an Asrock z77 extreme 4 mobo with an X-fi Fatality soundblaster(just in case any of that helps,
I hope this helps some of you(and that it hasn't already been posted!)
