Login Error??? I'm not getting reacurring I'm getting time cards help! There was no option for me!

Why isnt there an option for me to purchase my time cards? I cant put a credit card on there so there is nothing else you can do for me to pay and play for the game with cash?

    Not to mention that I got 3 codes in my Imp edition and only one of them was taken by the system yesterday? I've never received any of my explorer's pack or imp in game items other than the horse and rings of mara either and posted multiple tickets! what is going on?
