Login Error: [Information Incorrect] AND account page queue paused...

I keep getting this error "Login Error: Information Incorrect" (as many others apparently). I can login her without any problems, so it is not a problem with my password etc. Then people say that you might have to check your account details, well that is great since the queue on the account login page is paused. Really. Thx Zenimax for screwing your customers.. Support is not answering either ;(
I really hope to get a response from you guys soon, because this is ridiculous
