I have logged in and played successfully this morning but upon re-logging found this error message appearing during login attempt. I am able to login to the website successfully and have changed my password successfully but am still receiving this message.
I have the Same Issue, I have been playing all day today, I got kicked out and then it told me the same thing Log information is incorrect, and i cant log in.
Well i'm glad i'm not alone. These issues are really getting out of hand. There have been so many incidents of hours and hours where play is impossible.

You need to have it setup for at least 30 minutes, you also need to make sure you actually have the sufficient funds.
Secondary problems could be either user is banned or user hasn't updated client etc.
I would happily setup a sub plan,but you get put into a queue that does not move. Been sitting in it for 30 mins now.
This is frustrating. If they wanted sub information then I would have happily provided it when I bought the digital version and registered it. If I had of known this would happen.
