Same bug mentioned in all the other threads about this quest.
I never played AD from the start...so I do not know what kind of a progression killer this is for those folks.
Although, for someone who is a member of the DC....no one can progress through VR zones/content beyond this. We are stuck and cannot progress to the EP zones until this gets fixed.
If the players from EP and AD also cannot progress to the second VR area...is possibly tolerable for now.
However, if they can access the final VR alliance area, this is just sickeningly unbalancing for many obvious reasons...
