90 days + 30 days free = 59 days...

As the title says, I added a 90 days subscription plan and expected to see 120days left of game time but to my shock there was only 59 days, where did my other 61 days go?

flameweaver✭✭✭Weird ! I've just check my account and it doesn't say how many days I have left other than my 29 days, then I'll be billed after that for my 180 day sub, so doing the math I have 209 days.

Rudal✭✭✭hmm that's odd cause I added a 90 days subscription plan as well and web page says that I have 27 days left and I will be charged for another 90 days on 5th of may.
Where did you get that 59 days from? Was it a pre-paid time ?- And is your heart black and full of hate? - Black as midnight, black as pitch, blacker than the foulest witch... -0 -
darkkterror_ESO✭✭✭Erm...technically, it should only say you have 30 days (or whatever appropriate number of days less than that) since you aren't going to be officially charged for that 90 day plan until after your free 30 days are up.0

Fenbrae✭✭✭People are saying that it clearly shows that they have 30 days of free time remaining and are going to be billed for the 180 days next month.
Maybe you can show us a screenshot which tells us that it actually says 59 days?Currently playing:

Game time remaining: "You have 59 days remaining". Billing date: "You will be billed on June 5 2014 for $77.94". I sent in a ticket but it's probably going to take awhile.0 -

It does look as if you are getting another free month. I subbed yesterday for 180 days and I have :
"You have 28 days left. You will be billed on May 5th blah blah..."

Perseas✭✭✭thats bad... then its wise NOT TO add 60 days as I was planning.. Infact I may not add at all, till they fix things and add things.
