What is the use of a callback appointment if you get called back in the middle of your night? Realy can't you read what times people put in and in what time zone they are? I put in cest. And i get called back around 1.30 am. That is outside the times i put in.
I made a callback appointment because that is the only way my question can be handled. But to have to wait more then 2 days to be called back sorry. I find this bad service.
