Hi, i don't know if the developers are going to read this but i hope they do. Don't get me wrong...i love your game

, specially "Elders Scrolls" but please understand what the community is saying, "WE" are your soul, your source of living and you guys are treating us like if we don't exist, first of all. whats the real purpose of a Closed Beta and Open Beta? which i participated in both, it is to identify and fix "problems" as a whole...why wait for the release to fix still Closed Beta bugs??? Second we have to pay in advance? even if its not fully removed from the account bank it will still be retained....that is ridiculous....i mean this is common human knowledge to understand this is not comfortable at all....Zenimax why do we have to call you guys for you to let us play the game even if it cancel the payment? THAT is NOT "Customer Service", please we already bought your game, and a lot of us bought the Collector Edition, WE ARE exited about your game, we want to play it but please, deal with this before its too late even before it start. We as customers don't need to be filled we stress or feel uncomfortable at all, i THINK it should be the opposite. Please. Thank you and am sorry for any bad grammar or any bad behavior from me. But this is my money am talking about.
