The Transaction was not Authorized

I purchased the physical Imperial Edition and since then I've been trying to set up the billing so I can get access to the game with no success. I've tried to do all 3 billing plans with my VISA debit card from my Credit Union and even though I have physically checked to make sure that there is more than enough money in my checking account to cover the pre-auth I still can't get the transaction to process. I've also tried Pay Pal with no success. I've sent emails to Customer Support and also asked for a callback and have had no response thus far.

I would really like to be able to play the game without having to wait a few weeks for the game time cards to arrive at my local stores, because I am simply out of options for the recurring billing plan.

    I may have a similar problem but I haven't tried support yet and my payment is still on hold. I can offer this advice in that it may be your Credit Union and/or Visa holding it up. I've had this problem before when paying gaming-related companies or overseas vendors, due to "fraud prevention."

    It may help to call your credit union on Monday to approve the charge. Visa will only act if they directly implemented a stop payment and otherwise refers you to the associated bank.
