help!! my Bank space just rebooted!

Hi,
This just happened on 5/April at noon Central Time. I had 90 bank slots, the next upgrade was about 11,600.
I was just outside of bank when I heard a sound of incoming new emails. I the begging I thought it was my daily enchanting urn, but it was all the 5 original emails from the Digital Imperial Edition (pets, maps, etc).
So, when I returned at the bank I got 0/60 items. I logged out / in, when I was back in the game I found my items (53) but the bank still is was 60 and available upgrade of 1,000 gold.
Could you fix it please? I already spent like 10,000 gold (1,000; 3000 & 6,000) on the bank and i don't have any space anymore.

can you also have your Customer Support team to help solve my issue as well....same as above....90 bank slots reset to 60.....lost 26 items and all monies deposited (think I had 3K there)0
