I had a message before.
"You have been suspended from the game for a duration of 72 hours due to attempting to sell gold in game.
Your account will be accessible at the end of those 72 hours.

72 hours later, I had a another message.

"Account Access Restored.

But,I could not log into the game.
I try to get support again and again.
However,I do not receive a decent support.

    How are you trying to reach them? Via phone my longest wait was about eight hours for a call back.

    You should try Reddit, everyone knows ZoS only replies when they think their public image will be hurt.
