I already have been waiting for 100 hours to get support.
I had a message before.
"You have been suspended from the game for a duration of 72 hours due to attempting to sell gold in game.
Your account will be accessible at the end of those 72 hours.
If you have any questions or concerns about this matter or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we are more than happy to help you!"
72 hours later, I had a another message.
"Account Access Restored.

But,I could not log into the game.
I try to get support again and again.
However,I do not receive a decent support.

How are you trying to reach them? Via phone my longest wait was about eight hours for a call back.0 -
Oh ok. I was going to say you could try the phone cause it seems to be going fairly quickly but I can understand that. Sorry I couldn't help more.
