Impossible to even reach Character Screen!

So I have spent the last 3 Hours trying to log into the game. I was playing fine until I got to cyrodiil...and even about 30-40 min after that. Suddenly my audio stopped, and about 4 min later, I crashed.
After I crashed it was hell trying to get back in. I would crash right after I entered my password, or wait til character screen select and then crash. It took about 8-10 tries before I finally got in.
As the night when on, this kept happening (except for the audio). It progressively got worse. It would take about 1 out of 15 tries to actually get into the game...and I could play for about 50-70 min...and then it got worse.
It eventually got to the point that It would take 1 out of 20 tries to get in...and when I did, as soon as I ported, or used a transit shrine I was immediately or a few seconds later disconnected.
NOW, it has gotten to the point, that as soon as I put my password in...it IMMEDIATELY crashes on me.
Once in awhile now, after I put my password in, my entire PC freezes up.
I have not installed any hardware, and I have not done any driver updates at all recently. I have checked my computer thoroughly (as best I can)...and everything is fine.
I have restarted my comp numerous times, and I have even repaired the patcher numerous times.
This is a major call for help.
