billling and game cards... where can these be found and how do you use them when found?

So i ordered 2 copies of eso and come to find out it comes with 30 days yay! but wait what is this i see??? I have to buy 60 days of game time just to be able to play a 79 dollar game that i bought that i thought came with the first 30 days free?? oh and so i go questing for this mythical f2cking game card at my local retailers like a good little pawn like eso's web site says and no one is selling them.. walmart doesn't expect to get them until june.. game stop has no eta.. ebgames has no eta.. eso online is saying there selling them but you cant find em on there web site..

so update I find a online site thats selling 60 day cards.. purchase one and go to enter it and eso tells me i need eso first.. lol

So glad im not alone in this mythical game time card. Bought my game today at game stop asked the salesman i wanted a 6 month card he replies with sorry sir we dont get them until the end of the month. Well now thats all fine and dandy but im sitting here with a worthless game for a month. WAY TO GO BETHESDA AND ZENIMAX!

oh i found an online place selling them.. but when i enter the code given it tells me that i NEED ESO wtf??? I bought 2 copies of imperial edition pre ordered.. gave one to my brother..
also where would you enter you cc info at? I dont see that on my account ether.. figured it was an error.. lol I am buying game time cards because I cant use my debit card.. ill save thru out the months for my game cards and every thing else goes to bills!

so eso where do we use these codes and why am i getting an error telling me that i need eso!?!?

also i was in the beta but when i pre ordered the game eso wouldnt let me use the code on my beta account??? i had to start a new so i didnt get the monkey pet or crab pet or any other perk for being in beta..
