Do we need to hold onto 'Trophy's?

Got this Finvir's trinket in my bag, but with space at a premium I'd love to delete it but I don't want to if it's got a value later on. Any advice appreciated.

I sell them. How many "Longfins" can I keep, I don't even have a house to mount them in.

Wouldn’t it be great if they didn’t take up inventory space or if we had a completely different inventory pocket for them? B)

Atleast with the trap trophy, I can click on it and it puts a bear trap on the ground, which is kindof neat, I guess

Especially the pets. I thought is was cool to have a pet, until I realized that it took up on of my very few inventory spaces, then it went directly to "Mules my stuff".

The trophies I keep getting seem to be worth zero gold to vendors. Also one of them has been coming in useful, I fear the others may so holding onto them for now.

You do not need to keep fishing trophies. Perhaps they will have a use in the future, but they are incredibly easy to come by. So if they develop a use, you can spend 2 minutes fishing and get them again. The actually rare achievement fish are not trophy fish and will not show up in your inventory.

As for the OP's question, quest and dungeon related trophy rewards are purely cosmetic. They offer a nice little animation for a few seconds. Some are more interesting than others and it really comes down to personal taste. If you're going to play through the same faction quests the same way, there is no reason to keep them as you'll get another one. If you don't care about the effect at all, you can sell it to a vendor. Some have desirable effects however and it may be more profitable to trade it to a player in that case. AFAIK Finvir's Trinket is not one of these. You can safely sell or delete all trophy items without negatively impacting your game.

Well, not purely cosmetic, as many trophies can actually have at least a minor use in combat. Also, I've heard tell of a shrine in Cyrodiil that can use these trophies.

Make a bank character and store them in there. Take them off your Main and put them in the bank then log in on your bank character and pull the items out of the shared bank. We all have 8 character slots ... Just look at all that space :)
I have 1 bank character just for the CE treasure maps and trophies. Soon I'll have 1 just for crafting mats.

I had this trouble with my bags being full (20 treasure maps). I just opened them, snipped a pic and now have a file with all of the place-labeled maps and 20 more bag slots!

I hope you don't mean you took a picture of the treasure map then deleted them, because you need the physical treasure map in your inventory for the treasure to show up.

Im also like scared if there will be like a place we can put erm later on like a trophy room, right now I have like 11 trophies, and scared ill regret deleting erm down the road.

My plea would actually be, dont make trophies take up item slots, especially since they are trophies, but as it sit, rather a pain, since they unknown is killing me

I lolled when i read this. But i also felt sorry for you. Yeah you need to have the treasure map in your inventory or else the digsite won't appear for you. I think you can file a ticket for loosing your imperial edition bonusses.

Make an bank alt to hold long storage items, trophy, costumes, legendary items you might use on a future alt or just cool items.

You don't need them, but you won't get them back either, it's a minor matter, and sooner or later we all have to decide whether to keep them or not.
