So I pre-ordered ESO at Gamestop, and was a beta tester. Whenever I tried to play ESO, it says my info is incorrect, and it is not. I changed my password and it still will not work. It used to work, but now it will not. Please help.
Same thing. Everything worked fine until couple of hours ago I logged out and when I came back (~20 min ago) I was not able to log into the game. I always get "your login information is incorrect".
I was able to log into my account on the website.
I changed my password there.
Still, I cant log into the game itself.
Realm (US/EU) seams to be correct in the launcher. I am on EU.

It's because we haven't entered our billing information yet. And we will not get the chance to do that until we enter our code from the game, which for me won't be until Wednesday. This is ridiculous. I have NEVER had an MMO cut access to the game until at LEAST a week after launch for just this reason (people waiting for copies in the mail). This is the kind of shenanigans that makes me want to return my imperial edition to Gamestop when it gets here. HIGHLY annoyed. If this isn't fixed by the time I wake up today, I'm more than likely returning it, since they are eating up my free 30 days and I can't even log in.
Man i could kiss you guys, been having this problem since game launch and support hasn't given me a straight answer once, All they ever do is send me password reset emails.
