This quest is still bugged and has been since way back on the PTS. When you have to launch the final assault and have to speak with the Groundkeeper, you cannot interact with the NPC.
You used to be able to abandon the quest and then pick it up again by speaking to her, but that doesn't work anymore. Nor does relogging, relaunching, switching characters or reloading UI.
So I am now officially stuck in the main quest line.

Yeah for real this quest is bugged, It's completely unacceptable their are countless main story quests that bugged, you'd think they would be your first priority.
I can't gain level 50, or unlock any Veteran content, why hasn't this been fixed zos?Brave New World.0 -

Yeah they said that, but this quest has now been bugged for 72 hours, so I don't really believe them. I think all of us having issues with this quest should demand that they fix it right now.Brave New World.0 -

How is it possible ? 4 days without progress ? People are stuck, cause the zone is completely linear and linked (that's a good immersive thing, I must say). But when it's buggy, all is buggy... 4 days people are just waiting !
Not a GM to resummon a pnj ? or change some flag on characters ? Do something please, and you better give some extra few days to people..0 -
I don't understand how this has not been fixed, how it has not been addressed and why we are just straight up ignored.
This Clearly breaks the game, yet the only thing we've heard is "put a ticket in saying quest blocker". Well yeah, 2 of those, a bug submission, a forum post later and nothing.
So for all the Veteran level 1s who can not progress or do anything besides making an alt or leveling crafting (wahoo!) do we get payed time added to the account or anything? We are all spreading 5 days (and counting) sitting here looking at the same NPC that has yet to do sh**. I am usually pretty cool headed about bugs and MMOs, but also i have literally never been prevented from progressing either.
The only reply ZOS employees have really stated is a fix is in the works. Thanks! You are so helpful and detail orientated. Any other posts are about keeping things on topic and closing threads w/angry customers stating "I am sorry you feel this way, closing the thread because it is not going anywhere." Gee thanks, think in a thread that has 2k+ views and 10+ pages of customers w/same problem you would be a little more helpful than "Closing thread, gtfo, good luck."
Saddest thing about this whole situation is this is an awesome game, and I am honestly considering unsubbing, which I thought I'd never say about this game.

ggb✭Some kind of update on the progress of this issue is not an unreasonable request. I have been stuck here for a few days as well and been in cyrodil while this has been bugged. Maybe it is a serious problem that no one at zenimax has a solution to at this point, I could understand that, but leaving paying customers in the dark is not ok. I am not an expert on mmos by any means but I would think there is some command/code or way to bypass this NPC but maybe not. I think most people would be satisfied with missing one interaction with an NPC that is blocking the progress of 100's maybe 1000's of people. The game is amazing I just hope some kind of reply to our inquiries is at least being considered so we can continue to progress in the game we are paying them for. Communication is key.0
