Hi, I pre-ordered the Imperial Edition of the game and played the pre launch and it ran as well as any MMO, glitchy buggy etc etc but it was alright. As long as I had been waiting for the game i could deal with it. Now that is in full launch i havent been able to play at all, from random crashes to my current situation of my Launcher not even allowing me to start the game

I am very upset and wish there was a way to get a full refund so i can go back to wasting my time with other games that i quit and left behind for this.
New doesnt always mean better quality and thats sad
