Everytime i hit the play button i get the below error

I am receiving the same error - emailed request for a call hours ago but no call yet. I tried searching and saw where you are supposed to go in and change something with the DEP for Windows on the file but when I click the file eso.exe it says DEP cannot be turned off for the file...
