How to change the credit card information ?

It happens we just had a new credit card, and thus the old one is not valide. We tried yesterday and today to do it, but there is no option to do so in the Account.

We wanted to phone, but it seems that you are under very long waiting time, over 2 hours.

Any information would be welcome.

Change needed for 2 accounts, with credit card information and card holder.
