Can't Update My Payment Information: Do you want my money or not?

I went to the link that was given to follow the prompts to update my subscription. There is no place to put any payment information and no prompt. How am I supposed to get my 30 days of game time if I can't put in my payment information?

Also, I can't get online at all. There is no connection to your server. I have no idea whether this is a separate issue or if this is related with not being able to update my payment information. Seeing how I paid for your physical imperial edition, any help would be appreciated.

    Also, when I try to log in, I get the 201 error. It seems that there is no connection to the server between my computer and ESO. It was working just fine during the early access.

    Hi do you have an Antivirus program installed? if so add eso.exe to the trusted application list and also add an exception for eso for both incoming and outgoing connections if you have a firewall running. I was having this same issue and once I had done the above I could log in fine.
    (I'm using Comodo internet security)

    edit: as for choosing the payment method, you will first have to enter the retail key via the "redeem code" option in your account page.

    Thanks. I am using Comodo as well. I will give your solution a shot.

    Your solution worked. I am now online. If you were local(I doubt you are), I'd be more than happy to buy you a beer. Thank you for taking the time to help me. Now all I have to do is figure out how to get my billing info on file for Zenimax and I'll be good to go. You have saved my weekend. :)
