Maintenance for the week of February 16:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – February 16

No official word from developers!

I understand that first month its "ok" to have a buggy, laggy and not stable service. But I don't understand why developers hide heads in sand and not updating community with status of the game. People try to login to a game or wait for a quest re spawn for hours, because developers afraid to admit that service is broken. If we knew "known bugs and issues", we could move to do something else, not browse forums for a "magical fix" from other users.

I would rather have one comment saying "We are Fixing It" than have someone constantly keeping us apprised. That is a waste of manpower that could be working to fix the problem, The silence can be a good thing or a bad thing. They could be too busy fixing it to answer or they could be like you said "hiding" but it is unlikely that they would be hiding, after all this is a long term game and long term support is a given.

Yes, I agree. I don't like that the game goes down for a long time without any update about what is actually going on. I don't mind the down time: I do mind that they seem to try to hide what the problems are.

Also, I've been having issues with the game not working at all on one computer and crashing frequently on another. Sending in a ticket has only so far gotten me a useless stock answer that had nothing to do with my issue. I know other people are having these problems too. I'd like something at least that says: "We have no answer right now, but are aware of this issue and working on it."

I got error that says try log in after few minutes... and I keep trying for 3 hours with no luck. I wish they told me "Go play league of legends" no service to day. My friend yesterday spend 2 housrs in one area and was unable to complete quest. If he got a message some quest's bugged if you don't see NPC move on. He could spend time more productive.

@InfernoRaven community managers do not fix game. last word from community managers was on April 4 :(

@eduardas True Community Managers could be keeping us apprised but we can't expect
to know everything that is going on in Zenimax Studios at this time. It is your option to play another game why everything gets sorted the only thing of monetary loss you will have is a few days of your free play time wasted. I imagine you could talk to Customer Support about the fact you were unable to play for several days of your free play time and get it added back to your account. But again that is up to you if you want to go through customer service for that.

They need to make an official sticky with known issues. Updated after every patch. That's all that is needed.

@felixgamingx1 I am having no issues because I have yet to get into game I am currently patching and trying to get my game to launch. I live in the South East FL to be Exact. Chances are the megaserver is hosted in California because like most gaming companies Zenimax's Servers are likely housed there as well.

i thought so but when they bill your bank it shows Elder scrolls Maryland so it's possible they host it from the east coast.

I'd be surprised to hear they were centered in Florida, because they use Eastern Standard Time, which is 3 hours ahead of California time. That really threw me off during the first couple betas, I didn't realize the beta started at 6 and ended at 9, instead of starting at 9 and ending at 12 EST.
