i can log into my account on eso.com but i cant log into the game itself!!!!!!

everything was fine until the first patch came down right before opening day. after that i would go and try and log into the game and it would tell me my password is invalid. but when i would log into my elderscrolls account on the website, it would work fine. i have tried changing my password, i have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, i even received an email from support for a password change and nothing has helped. it is also frustrating because i am finding it very difficult to get into contact with someone at support. any ideas?

UPDATE: i saw another post where someone had the same problem as me. if any of you have comodo antivirus, look to see if any files of eso were sandboxed or put into the not trusted folder. if any files are, take them out of those folders and the game should work. it did for me!

....and so the issue was between the keyboard and the end user.

I have a complex password and I always swipe-click-copy/paste from an RTF file. Whatever reason I changed that this morning to triple-click-line copy/paste. This was adding a space at the end.
